Returns and Policies
ANY ITEM THAT IS NOT A GK1 SPORTS BRAND IS DROPPED SHIPPED FROM THE MANUFACTURER AND IS SUBJECT TO THEIR INDIVIDUAL RETURN POLICIES AND/OR RESTOCKING FEES IF THEY APPLY
GK1 Sports stands behind every product we sell. If, for some reason, you are not 100% satisfied with any of our products you may return them for a full refund (less shipping). So long as it is within 30 days of the purchase date, simply contact our Customer Service Department at cs@GK1Sports.com and let us know your order number and item (s) you wish to return. We will in turn provide you with an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) as well as specific instructions.
Please note: All returns must be in their original manufacture’s packaging, be unused and have all original tags attached. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 10-14 days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
In the event GK1 Sports shipped you an incorrect item please follow the same procedure above and we will arrange for pick up and re-shipment of the correct item.
In the event an error occurs on the site, a GK1 reprentative will contact you.
